Orders can only be placed and paid for online  

Orders cannot be cancelled once payment has been made, if you wish to return an item, please follow our returns policy.

Orders placed before 2.30pm will be sent out the same day.

Orders must be placed before 2.30pm Mon to Thurs for guaranteed next day delivery service.

We will arrange for your order to be delivered to the delivery address given at checkout.

Our UK Standard delivery is a Recorded delivery service.

UK Standard deliveries should reach you in within 3 working days.

UK Next day delivery orders have to be placed before 2.30pm Mon to Thurs.

European deliveries are International Signed For deliveries.

European deliveries should reach you within 7 working days.

International deliveries are International Signed For deliveries.

International deliveries should reach you within 10 - 14 working days.

PLEASE NOTE - If you are ordering from Ireland or any other country without a postcode in your address, you will need to add "000" to the postcode field in order for your transaction to be successfully processed.

In addition to the payment of your order you will be asked to pay a delivery charge.


Should you wish to return an order or item, it must be returned within 10 days of receiving it.

Goods shall be returned in the following conditions; 

All labels still attached.

In its original packaging.

In a re saleable condition.    

full refund will be given for goods that meet the above conditions excluding postage.

Refunds will be given by the same method you paid

If you wish to exchange an item, please let us know by email and provided the item is in stock we will be happy to send the replacement out to you once the original items have been received back.

However, you will be charged for the new delivery.
